Observation Tasks 5 and 6: Different learning styles and differentiation – General observations


1.     What do you notice? Who are the students who answer the questions? Who are the students who are quiet? Who are the students who are not focused?
The class in the beginning was a little excited when the lesson begin, however after morning massage the miss started to read a story most of the kids was so interest in the story because there was a lot of candy in the cover page. The students were quite because they were hearing the story, but their also some kids who are not focused like zayed.

2.     Are there learners who finish activities quickly?  What do they do when they have finished?
Yes, there are learners who finish the activates quickly like noura, I think she is so smart because she always on task and do everything that the miss ask her to do, when they finish one activate they will move to another center.

3.     Are there learners who do not finish a task(s)?  How does the teacher deal with them?
Yes, there are because they like to play more then do some work so the miss does not allowed them to play before they finish their work and if they do not finish it they will complete it in the next class.

4.     Are there any learners with special needs?  What kind of special needs do you think they have? How does the teacher deal with them? 
Yes, there are one child  with special needs and his name is zayed, the teacher act with zayed like any kid in the classroom however she spend more time explaining what she need for him to do.

5.     How does the teacher manage learners with different levels/abilities?
The first thing that she do she check their work after they finish and after that she put every child in center that he\she have to develop his\her skills in, and she watch them and help them with their work. The other thing that she does she let a low level child seat next to high level child so he\she can learn from that child.
